New COVID-19 outbreak declared in Neepawa

There has been a new COVID-19 outbreak declared at a facility in Neepawa. In the Province’s COVID Bulletin, published on Monday, Nov. 22, it announced that five facilities have been moved to Critical (Red) level on the Pandemic Response System, two of which are in the Banner & Press coverage area. Outbreaks have been declared at:
