There has been a new COVID-19 outbreak declared at a facility in Neepawa. In the Province’s COVID Bulletin, published on Monday, Nov. 22, it announced that five facilities have been moved to Critical (Red) level on the Pandemic Response System, two of which are in the Banner & Press coverage area. Outbreaks have been declared at:

- Country Meadow personal care home in Neepawa; and

- Village View Lodge assisted living in Plumas.

The precise numbers in each those facilities were not announced. The Banner & Press is looking into those details.

There is one other notable update today from the Province, as the number of active COVID-19 cases at the Neepawa Health Centre has now dropped to five. There were 26 total previously confirmed, with 21 of those now listed as recovered.
