Observation: Many thoughts

Many thoughts are crossing my mind. Some are good, some are sad and others not good at all.

The weather is beautiful. It started on the first day of July which helped greatly with all the activities in the park. When we took a trip to Brandon I noticed that the greenery was lush but some of the fields were completely submerged. It makes me sad. The farmers work hard each year to get their crops in.

This year, it will not be a good year for many farmers. A not so good thing, for me at least, are the armies of mosquitoes that are around, day and night. They love all this moisture and are multiplying freely. Sometimes we are thinking too much about too many things and our minds become cluttered.

However, the Bible tells us to live only one day at a time and make the most of it. David tells us in Psalm 118:24, “This is the day which the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”

We are in God’s hands and He will provide us daily with His joy and peace.
