A major concert is coming to the Wheat City.

The award winning band "The Tragically Hip" with special guest Arkells will be performing at the Keystone Centre on Monday, Jan. 28.

The Tour announcement follows the Oct. 2 release of the band's 13th studio album, "Now For Plan A".

“Our community said that they wanted more concerts and with the community support we will continue to do that," said Keystone Centre GM Neil Thomson in a release.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Oct. 19 at 10 a.m. You can purchase tickets at livenation.com, keystonecentre.com, by phone at 1-204-726-3555 or at the Keystone Centre box office.

Tickets start at $29.50, with premium seating at $99.50.

The group released their first album, The Tragically Hip, in 1987 and have since released 13 albums, earning two diamond certifications and over 20 No. 1 hits.
