By: Lanny Stewart myWestman.ca Neepawa Natives' head coach and general manager Bryant Perrier is about to embark on his second season with the Manitoba Junior Hockey League club. Expectations are high for a team that made a plethora of changes to its roster during the offseason. The Natives finished 34-24-1-3 last season, good for fourth place in the Sher-Wood Division. The team wound up losing in the first round of the playoffs to the Dauphin Kings, last year's RBC Cup finalists (and host). This season, Perrier is of the belief that his club will improve on last year's performance. Whether or not that indeed is the case, remain to be seen.
