Bobcats men's volleyball team improves to 9-2

The Brandon University Bobcats men's volleyball team improved to 9-2 on the season on Thursday night.
The Bobcats defeated the Winnipeg Wesmen in straight sets at the Healthy Living Centre (25-22, 29-27, 25-19).
Sam Tuivai ended up with 14 kills and also had three service aces for the 'Cats, who now sit in second place in the Canada West standings.
Meanwhile, the BU women's volleyball team suffered a straight sets loss to the Wesmen (25-14, 25-15, 25-13).
Victoria Dakin had nine kills for BU, who dropped to 5-6 on the year.
Both BU volleyball teams travel to Winnipeg to take on the Wesmen on Saturday night.
