MJHL: Wolverines defeat Kings

The Manitoba Junior Hockey League's Waywayseecappo Wolverines defeated the Dauphin Kings 3-2 in a shootout on Tuesday night.

Former Neepawa Native Riley Feser stopped 28 shots in net for Wayway, earning first star of the game honours, helping the Wolverines improve to 12-11-2 this season. 

Russell Turner scored the shootout winner for the Wolverines.

Meanwhile, in other league action, the Selkirk Steelers defeated the Winkler Flyers 3-1. 

Hudson Friesen netted two goals and had an assist for Selkirk in the contest.
