Manitoba Chambers of Commerce unveils finalists for MBiz awards

The Manitoba Chambers of Commerce recently announced the finalists for the 2013 MBiz awards.
"Manitoba has a strong and ever-growing business community," said Chamber president and CEO Chuck Davidson. "These nominees reflect the diversity in business and represent the best of Manitoba in 2013 and are all deserving of this distinction."
The Manitoba Chambers of Commerce, established in 1931, is the umbrella organization for Manitoba's chamber movement. With a membership comprised of local Chambers of Commerce, as well as direct corporate members, the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce is the province's largest and most diverse business lobby, representing more than 10,000 businesses and community leaders.
"The MBiz awards is one of the premier events on our calendar," said Davidson. "This event shines a light on Manitoba's business community, one that deserves to be showcased."
The MBiz awards will be handed out on Thursday, Oct. 19 at the Fairmont Hotel.
