In 1994 Tina Isaak, then of Rivers, self-published a non-fiction176-page book she titled Rosie. Now at 82 years of age, she has penned another story. The Silver Brigade is a five-chapter soft cover children’s book.

Rivers Police Service has kicked off our annual Use Your Head campaign. This is a program that encourages elementary students to wear bike helmets. Police will be stopping elementary aged children, if they are observed wearing a helmet, and their name will be entered into  a draw for a bike, donated by Canadian Tire. Auxiliary Constable Dallas Scott has once again worked hard at putting together a number of sponsors which include Canadian Tire, McDonald’s, Robins Doughnuts and Old Dutch.

Famous fiddler fundraises for NACTV

Neepawa Choraliers perform annual spring concert
