40 marijuana plants seized

Late last month, RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence in the RM of Alexander.

While conducting the search, police discovered approximately 40 marijuana plants, marijuana grow equipment and drug paraphernalia.
 
Two males were arrested in connection with the seizure. Skye Jack Osadchy-Douglas, 20, and Thomas Stefan Osadchy, 52, have been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, and production of a controlled substance.
 
Both men have been released from custody and are scheduled to appear in Pine Falls Provincial Court on June 26.

Police continue to investigate.
