The 63rd annual Brandon Traveller’s Day Parade commenced at 11:00 a.m. on the corner of 6th Street and Rosser Avenue on June 9. Coordinator, Norm Joss, said over 100 different units participated in Saturday’s event, which included floats, four marching bands, military vehicles, veteran cars and horses.

Joss stated they were very pleased with the turnout, which is an added attraction to the Manitoba Summer Fair. The Parade, started in 1955, is held in partnership with the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba.
