Wasagaming, Manitoba, Dec. 7, 2017 – Parks Canada would like to advise travelers that rehabilitation work will take place on Highway 10 throughout the month of December. Culvert replacement and repair will be occurring in the Moon Lake area, from km 30 north to km 42.

Visitors travelling through the park should expect single-lane alternating traffic, speed reductions to 60 km/hour in the construction zone with traffic control personnel on site, and occasional delays up to 10 minutes. These speed restrictions will be in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., seven days a week and throughout the holiday season. Parks Canada is investing an unprecedented $3 billion dollars over 5 years to support infrastructure work to heritage, visitor, waterway and highway assets located within national historic sites, national parks, and national marine conservation areas across Canada. These investments represent the largest federal infrastructure plan in the history of Parks Canada.
