Ladies Night Out delivered exactly as promised. The event, which was put on by Neepawa Home Hardware, took place on Thursday, Nov. 10. The approximately 60 women found special discounts throughout the store, as well as food samples from the Anna Olson cookbook and wine tasting. The event also raised about 200 lbs of food for the Salvation Army. For every pound an individual donated, they received one ballot towards a draw for various prizes, such as a cookbook or a Natura gift bag.
