My Neepawa - Brooker's Tea Room

My father ran Brooker's Tea Room on Mountain for most of ‘30s until he joined the RCAF in WWII. Is there anyone that has any stories of this place? They played music on the roof and I am certain there were shenanigans going on of some sort of Neepawa type. I was one on the non-shenanigan Neepawa types.
