RCMP investigating a homicide (update)

A homicide is being investigated by the RCMP in western Manitoba.

On Saturday, Parkland RCMP were dispatched to a residence in Ethelbert only to find a deceased woman.

No other information is available at this time. The investigation continues.

Several RCMP units are helping in the investigation, including the RCMP Dauphin forensic identification services unit and the RCMP Dauphin major crime unit.

(Update: Monday 4:50 p.m.)

RCMP have found a second body at the scene.

After searching the property, RCMP ended up finding a deceased man. Police say the man's death is being considered suspicious.

Autopsies were scheduled to took place in Winnipeg today.

Names are not being released.
