Neepawa and the surrounding area avoided snowfall last night but could still see light snow later today and tonight, with steady temperatures.

Environment Canada issued the warning late Thursday afternoon and extended it early Friday morning. It suggests that areas north of Neepawa, Minnedosa and Hamiota will see 15-20 cm of snow falling today and tonight.

The warning says that visibility may be reduced at times and drivers should be prepared to adjust their driving to the changing road conditions.
