The Neepawa Tigers have picked up their first win of the season, earning a 3-2 shootout victory over the Boissevain Broncos on Sunday, Nov. 29, at the Yellowhead Centre.

The Neepawa Farmers have improved their regular season record to 9-1, with an impressive 7-3 win over the Deloraine Royals. The game, held on Saturday, Nov. 28 at the Yellowhead Centre, would see Neepawa control the majority of the action versus the defending Tiger Hills Hockey League champions.

Late surge leads Winkler to win over Neepawa

A four goal third period proved to be the undoing for the Neepawa Natives on Friday night, as they were beaten 6-3 by the Winkler Flyers. For the first two periods, Neepawa proved to be the equal and at times the better team on the ice. Momentum shifted dramatically in the final 20 minutes however, as the Flyers proved to be too much for the young Natives squad to handle.
