Another year of excellent curling came to an end on Wednesday, March 15 as four teams from the men’s league at Rivers Curling Club fought for bragging rights for the next year.

In the B-side Sworyk Memorial, the Dave Treloar team defeated the Les Wood rink; in the championship game it was the Justin Gerrard rink defeating the Bryan Smith rink.

I hope all curlers enjoyed the year and will be back to compete for the trophies again in the fall of 2017. We will see all of you “around the house” in approximately seven months’ time.
