Neepawa's Jerry Chudley wins in first draw of Westman Super League

Neepawa's Jerry Chudley and his curling team are 1-0 after the opening draw of the Brandon Sun Westman Super League of Curling.

Chudley and his team of third Kevin Cooley, second Brent McKee and lead Paul Robertson, defeated Wawanesa's Perry Fisher and his crew by a score of 4-3 on Wednesday night.

Meanwhile, two-time defending champion Terry McNamee of Brandon defeated Neepawa's Tina Kozak and her team 12-4.

Other winners from the opening draw include Brandon's Duane Lang Jim Renwick and Brian Fowler as well as Pilot Mound's Curtis McCannell.
