Neepawa Natives graduating blueliner Justin Coachman has committed to Concordia University of Wisconsin.

Concordia University Wisconsin is a private liberal arts college located in Mequon, Wisconsin. Coachman will play for the Concordia Falcons, who play in the NCAA's Northern Collegiate Hockey Association. The Falcons had a 10-13-4 record last season, finishing in sixth place in the 10-team NCHA last season.

Coachman, a native of Rochester, N.Y., had one goal, 11 assists for 12 points and 159 penalty minutes in 55 games this past season with the Natives.

Neepawa acquired the 21-year-old from the Kindersley Klippers last September.

"I want to thank the Natives organization and the town of Neepawa for my time with the team and in the community," said Coachman in a release. "I loved my time in Neepawa. It is an amazing town and the organization is filled with great people."
