Since retiring from politics in September of 2010, the phone has not stopped ringing.

The constituents of Dauphin-Swan River-Marquette continued to phone, email, or visit in person the former MP.

Today I am officially announcing that I will run in the 2015 federal election as an Independent candidate in the Dauphin-Swan River-Marquette riding.

I am encouraged by the show of support from the people of this riding. 

If elected, I will re-establish the string of 10 community support offices throughout the riding.  

As in the previous 13 years as MP for this riding, the people will always come first. 

As always I will be the people’s voice to Ottawa, not a rubber stamp for a party.

I invite everyone to get involved in our campaign to reinstate grassroots democracy In our riding.
