Duncan takes over as dean of BU

A former student at Brandon University has become the dean of the school.

Heather Duncan, who earned a Masters of Education from BU, is the new Dean of Education.

Duncan also holds a PhD in Education Administration from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

Duncan returns to BU after spending time at the University of Wyoming, where she was the associate professor and educational leadership program coordinator at the school.
