RCMP investigate armed robbery in Neepawa

On Monday, just after 6:30 p.m, Neepawa RCMP were dispatched to a complaint of an armed robbery at the Tim Tom Food Store in Neepawa.

Investigation indicates that a lone male entered the business brandishing a knife demanding cash. The clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of cash and the man fled on foot.

There were no injuries.

The suspect is described as about 6-feet tall, wearing dark clothing, a hooded sweater, gloves and boots. His face was covered with a balaclava.
