After a big move, on Oct. 26, Westlake Employment Skills and Services Centre officially began operations at their new location.

So far, the move from the Resource Centre in downtown Neepawa to their new location on Highway 16 has been met with a positive response from clients.

While slightly smaller than their old location, the new office is well set up for their needs and offers a bright, professional atmosphere. Westlake provides a variety of employment services, including matching employers and job seekers, public use computers and help with resumes. “It’s a really important place for people,” said board chair Norma Somers.

Service Canada will continue to work out of the office every Tuesday.
