On April 9, “Pinktastic” was the flavour of the day. Brookdale students, staff and community members gathered together for the International Day of Pink, which aims to raise awareness about bullying.

Pink pancakes, pink milk and pink t-shirts filled the Brookdale Community Centre as parent volunteers served up a delicious breakfast for all those in attendance. Students showed off their t-shirts with personally designed logos.

All monies raised are being donated to the Kids Help Phone.
