The new Ag West Equipment building is now up and running at Neepawa.

Located on the same lot in town (Highway 16, west of Neepawa in the RM of Langford), the new structure provides the farm equipment dealer with more space to grow, says Ag West general manager Joella Turner.

"It's a huge change from what we were coming from in terms of size, efficiency," she said. "We're still going to be offering the same products and services, but for us, it shows a commitment to the area for the customers and our commitment to the agricultural industry in the Neepawa and surrounding area."

She says a key feature to the new building is space as it includes a bigger working environment for staff -- this includes the ability to work on larger farm equipment such as combines. The added space also includes a lounging area for customers as well as an indoor showroom for people so they can get a close up look on new products/equipment.

"The old one didn't really have room to move or grow. This building gives us a chance to grow with the agricultural industry," she continued.

She says a grand opening for the new building is currently being planned and is expected to take place in the spring. In the meantime, anyone interested in checking out the new building are welcome to come and check it out.

Construction began on the new 14,000 square-foot dealership building in October 2012.
