Rrain Prior, Executive Director of the Viscount Cultural Centre was wearing at least two hats last Friday. Prior is president of the Neepawa Rotary Club, which meets very Friday at the VCC. As has been the usual case for the past several months, she chaired the Rotary weekly meeting, but she also brought the program portion of the meeting.

A crowd came out to the Neepawa Curling Club to enjoy a taste of the past on Friday, Jan. 15. Ziggy’s Pizza Night took over the canteen and the second level of the building.

Carberry RCMP respond to single motor vehicle collision

On Jan. 20, 2016 at approximately 7:00 am, Carberry RCMP were called to a single motor vehicle collision, two kilometres east of Carberry on Hwy 1 in the RM of North Cypress-Langford.
Upon arrival, the officer found the female driver of the vehicle to be in possession of a minor quantity of drugs and drug paraphernalia and subsequently arrested her.
