The Beautiful Plains Medical Clinic expansion is well underway in downtown Neepawa. The clinic is administered by a committee of the Neepawa and Area Development Corporation (NADC), which is chaired by Councillor Wayne Hildebrand of Langford with representatives from the RMs of Langford, Rosedale and Lansdowne and the Town of Neepawa.

Talk about an impressive feat for Neepawa's Halli Krzyzaniak.
The 17-year-old blueliner won her second consecutive gold medal at the World under-18 women's hockey championship on Saturday, helping her Canadian teammates defeat the U.S. 2-1 in overtime in the championship final in Finland.

HyLife sells minority stake in company

On Jan. 7, La Broquerie-based HyLife announced the sale of one third of the company to Itochu Corporation, a Japanese-based company. For the last two years, Itochu, which owns food companies, has been one of HyLife’s Japanese customers.

A man from Dauphin is missing and RCMP are seeking your assistance in locating him.
Travis Bilay, 23, was last seen Jan. 1. He is described as 5-foot-8 and approximately 131 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
