According to reports, the town of Rapid City was under heavy police presence on Friday morning as a woman had been taken to hospital after being found outside a home where police were engaged in a standoff with a man inside -- which has since ended peacefully.

The role of nurse practitioners in the delivery of health care to Manitobans has been expanded to allow them to independently authorize magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnostic tests for their patients.
